Reference Services definition

Reference Services means As Available Service, Backhaul Service and Firm Forward Haul Service;
Reference Services means the Services operating on the Network with characteristics as prescribed in Schedule J of the Access Undertaking;
Reference Services means the provision of library staff to answer reference questions during all the hours the library is open.
