Reference Tranche definition

Reference Tranche means one of the Group 1 Reference Tranches or the Group 2 Reference Tranches, as the context may require.
Reference Tranche means each Class of reference tranche deemed to be backed by the Reference Pool and comprising part of the hypothetical structure as described in “Description of the Notes — Hypothetical Structure and Calculations with respect to the Reference Tranches”.
Reference Tranche means each Class of reference tranche deemed to be backed by the Reference Pool and comprising part of the hypothetical structure as described in “Description of the Notes — Hypothetical Structure and Calculations with respect to the Reference Tranches” above, i.e., the Class A-H, Class M-1, Class M-1H, Class M-2, Class M-2H, Class B-1, Class B-1H and Class B-2H Reference Tranches.

Examples of Reference Tranche in a sentence

  • Each Class of Reference Tranche will have the initial Class Notional Amount set forth in the definition of “Reference Tranches” in Article I (Definitions) in this Agreement, and the aggregate of the initial Class Notional Amounts of all the Reference Tranches will equal the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Notes issued under this Agreement or a class of Reference Tranche established under this Agreement, as the case may be.

  • On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above.

  • On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Original Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Calculated Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above.

  • Each Reference Tranche will have the initial Class Notional Amount set forth in the definition of "Reference Tranches" in Article I (Definitions) in this Agreement, and the aggregate of the initial Class Notional Amounts of all the Reference Tranches will equal the Cut-off Date Balance.

Related to Reference Tranche

  • Tranche B Term Loan Percentage as to any Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Tranche B Term Loan Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Tranche B Term Loan Commitments (or, at any time after the Closing Date, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding).

  • Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment means at any time the Total Revolving Credit Commitment less the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.
