Refinancing Senior Notes Trustee means, collectively, the trustee and/or trustees under the Refinancing Senior Notes Indenture.
Refinancing Senior Notes Trustee shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of February 1, 2008 pursuant to which the Senior Unsecured Notes were issued, among HOC and certain of its subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof.
