Regular Maintenance Window definition

Regular Maintenance Window means a regularly scheduled maintenance period of at least four (4) hours per month agreed upon by Axway and Customer prior to Production go live.
Regular Maintenance Window means, with respect to a Service Offering, the regular period during which SISW may schedule Downtime for maintenance to or upgrades of such Service Offering, as set forth in this SLA.

Related to Regular Maintenance Window

  • Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
