Parties agree to continue the application of County Code Section 2.44.030, Regular Overtime, specifically the 40 hour threshold for the payment of overtime.
Regular Overtime: Any time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during the regular work week shall be at the rate of time and one half (1 ½).
