Regular Overtime definition

Regular Overtime means regular overtime within the definition given in paragraph 105.1: it does not mean or include casual overtime.
Regular Overtime means overtime work that is part of an employee’s regularly scheduled administrative work week (i.e., a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days designated in advance by the head of the agency) pursuant to 5 CFR Part 550.103. Regular overtime must be scheduled in advance of the Sunday prior to the work week.
Regular Overtime. All overtime that maintains regular staffing levels.

Examples of Regular Overtime in a sentence

  • Parties agree to continue the application of County Code Section 2.44.030, Regular Overtime, specifically the 40 hour threshold for the payment of overtime.

  • Regular Overtime: Any time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during the regular work week shall be at the rate of time and one half (1 ½).

  • As a result of the 1984 negotiations, the parties agree that such code shall be modified at Section 2.44.030(E), Regular Overtime, to allow the County department head the sole discretion to determine whether overtime shall be paid or compensating time off accrued.

  • When an employee cannot work a regular overtime shift due to already working their regular shift or swap for a scheduled employee, they will be afforded a first offer for the next Regular Overtime offering.

  • When filling a Regular Overtime shift, the shift officer shall first refer to the On Duty column above where the line was last drawn on the list.

  • The following provisions pertaining to Weekend, Holiday, and Regular Overtime Assignments shall apply to covered employees at the Sustainable Streets Division: 405.

  • Regular Overtime - When employees are called in for overtime, they shall be contacted by rotation from separate established lists of full and part-time employees maintained in headquarters.

Related to Regular Overtime

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Regular Premium means the amount exclusive of applicable taxes, if any, payable by the Policyholder at regular intervals during the Premium Paying Term, in amount and at the Premium Payment Frequency, both, as specified in the Schedule.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.

  • Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.
