REIT Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Borrowers that is a REIT.
REIT Subsidiary means each of GGP Ivanhoe, Inc., GGP Holding, Inc., GGP Holding II, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Limited, GGP-Natick Trust and GGP/Homart, Inc.
