Relevant arrangements definition

Relevant arrangements means providing assistance and support to individuals who are, or for whom there are reasonable grounds to believe that they may be, victims of human trafficking as set out in guidance issued by the Secretary of State. Relevant arrangements means arrangements under which amounts are to be, or may be, payable by the limited liability partnership in respect of M’s performance of services for the partnership in M’s capacity as a member of the partnership.
