The exact amount of your pay (the Rate of Pay) for any particular Assignment will be set out in the Relevant Assignment Details Form, including the rate of any overtime pay (if applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, save as expressly provided, the DB Release, the DB Settlement Agreement and the Bar Order are not intended to, and shall not, waive or affect in any way any other claims or damages pursued by the JOLs, the SPhinX Trustee or any Scheme Claimant who has executed a Relevant Assignment in connection with the US Litigation.
