Relevant Charging Statement definition

Relevant Charging Statement means, as the case may require, any of the following: (a) the statement prepared by a Company in relation to charges for use of system for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 14 of its Distribution Licence; (b) the statement prepared by a Company in relation to charges for the provision of MPAS for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 18 of its Distribution Licence; (c) the statement prepared by a Company in relation to charges for Legacy Meter Asset Provision and Data Services for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 36 of its Distribution Licence; (d) the statement prepared by a Company and for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 38 of its Distribution Licence in relation to Last Resort Supply Payments (as described in that Condition); and (e) any statement prepared by a Company and for the time being in force in relation to charges for any other services offered by the Company.

Relevant Charging Statement means, as the case may require, any of the following: (a) the statement prepared by the Company in relation to charges for use of system for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence; (b) the statement prepared by the Company in relation to charges for the provision of MPAS for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 14A of the Electricity Distribution Licence; (c) the statement prepared by the Company in relation to charges for basic metering services and data services (each as respectively defined in the Electricity Distribution Licence) for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 36C of the Electricity Distribution Licence; and (d) the statement prepared by the Company and for the time being in force pursuant to Condition 48 of the Electricity Distribution Licence in relation to charges in respect of losses incurred by a supplier in complying with a last resort supply direction (as described in the Electricity Distribution Licence).

Examples of Relevant Charging Statement in a sentence

  • The User shall pay to the Company in respect of services provided under this Agreement (and under the agreements referred to in Clause 19.2) the Charges set out in the Relevant Charging Statement (save where the Company is the Payor, in which case the Company shall pay such charges to the User).

  • Such charges and any variations are and will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Relevant Charging Statement.
