Relevant class definition

Relevant class means a class defined by reference to one or more of the following:
Relevant class means the class of Shares in the Company to which a Takeover Scheme relates.
Relevant class means, in relation to a Proportional Takeover Bid, the class of shares in the Company in respect of which offers are made under the Proportional Takeover Bid.

More Definitions of Relevant class

Relevant class has the meaning set forth as such in Condition 10 (Events of Default).
Relevant class means the class of securities (or interest in such securities) which includes any Participating Securities.
Relevant class means any class of securities (or interest in such securities) is, for the time being, a participating security.

Related to Relevant class

  • Relevant Claim means a Warranty Claim or any claim by any Investor for indemnification or pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement.

  • Appraised-Out Class As defined in Section 3.10(a) of this Agreement.

  • Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Film Settlement Classes.
