Relevant Instalment definition

Relevant Instalment means an instalment of preference dividend which is not to be paid in cash on Relevant Stock on any occasion for the reasons specified in sub-paragraph (b) or sub-paragraph (c) above; and, where a member holds Relevant Stock of more than one class, the provisions of this sub-clause shall be interpreted and applied separately in respect of each class of Relevant Stock held by him;
