Relevant Interest Calculation Period definition

Relevant Interest Calculation Period means each Interest Calculation Period in respect of which the Final Terms specifies 'Type of Interest' to be 'Floating Rate Interest'.
Relevant Interest Calculation Period means each Interest Calculation Period in respect of which the Final Terms specifies 'Type of Interest' to be 'Digital Interest'.
Relevant Interest Calculation Period means, each Interest Calculation Period in respect of the Forward CMS-Linked Interest Period.

Related to Relevant Interest Calculation Period

  • Interest Calculation Period means the interest calculation period set out or referred to in item 5(d) of the Mortgage Form;

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day before the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day before the Stated Maturity.

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.
