Relevant IPR definition

Relevant IPR has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.3;
Relevant IPR means any and all rights in and to the Wicker Patents and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ IPR and all rights in know how, trade secrets and other Intellectual Property Rights associated with or relating to the actual or potential use of the Wicker Patents and/or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ IPR;
