Relevant Issue Date definition

Relevant Issue Date means the later of (i) the Issue Date and (ii) the issue date of any further securities issued pursuant to Condition 15 so as to be consolidated and form a single series with the Notes.
Relevant Issue Date means the Initial Issue Date and each other date on which Notes that are subject to the Conditions and form part of any particular Tranche are issued by the Issuer.
Relevant Issue Date means, at any time, the later of (i) the Issue Date and (ii) if any further tranche(s) of the Notes has or have been issued pursuant to Condition 19 and consolidated to form a single series with the Notes, the date of issue of the then-latest such tranche of Notes as at such time;

Examples of Relevant Issue Date in a sentence

  • Any substitution pursuant to this Condition 15 which occurs (A) on or after the fifth anniversary of the Relevant Issue Date and (B) before the tenth anniversary of the Relevant Issue Date shall, to the extent then required by the Relevant Rules, also be subject to compliance with Condition 9(b)(ii).

  • Any substitution pursuant to this Condition 15 which occurs prior to the fifth anniversary of the Relevant Issue Date shall, to the extent then required by the Relevant Rules, also be subject to compliance with Condition 9(b)(i)(1).
