Relevant Network definition

Relevant Network means a public electronic communications network provided by a licenceholder;
Relevant Network means a telecommunications network incorporating base station equipment operating in the Frequency;
Relevant Network means a network or part of a network (whether a stand-alone network or a virtual network within the Internet) which is only accessible to Authorised Users through Secure Authentication.

More Definitions of Relevant Network

Relevant Network means a Public Electronic Communications Network provided by the Communications Provider.
Relevant Network means an electronic communications network consisting exclusively of an aircraft BTS and NCU which are established and used under and in accordance with a wireless telegraphy licence which has been granted under section 8 of the Act.
Relevant Network means a telecommunication network consisting exclusively of stations established and used under and in accordance with a licence, which has been granted under section 29 of the Telecommunications Ordinance 2000 and is of a type specified in Part III of this Schedule; and
