Relevant Patents definition

Relevant Patents means all Relevant U.S. Patents and all Relevant Foreign Patents.
Relevant Patents. Means patents or patent applications owned or licensed to a party (and/or in the case of CDT, its Affiliates) which are directed to Solution Processable Phosphorescent Materials or devices containing the same.
Relevant Patents means the claims under PCT patent application publication numbers WO2021207710, WO2021207711, and WO2021207712, together with any patents issuing therefrom.

Relevant Patents means any issued or registered patent, without use of which a Proposed PWG Standard cannot be practiced.
