Relevant Software definition

Relevant Software means the software listed in Schedule 2.
Relevant Software means axial3Dinsight, which is a web-based platform to manage the transfer of medical images for 3D printed and digital models.

Examples of Relevant Software in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall download and store the Relevant Software solely for the purposes of providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement and shall not use, copy or access the relevant software for any other purposes.

  • Subject to the Client providing a signed Patch Authorisation Form to the Supplier in the form agreed by the parties, the Supplier will then use the Client’s support credentials to download and temporarily store the Relevant Software in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud or such other cloud environment agreed with the Client from time to time.

  • If either Party gives notice to terminate either the Camelot Escrow or the TeraSolve Escrow in breach of this clause, such Party shall pay all the fees for the Source Code of the Relevant Software to be deposited into a new escrow account with NCC on standard terms.

  • Upon completion of the Software Archive, the Supplier shall provide a complete and accurate copy of all Relevant Software and other information held in the Software Archive to the Client at no additional cost to the Client.

  • Any copyright and other intellectual property rights developed during and included in the Project (collectively as “IP Rights”) of Mineral Mining Interactive Technology or Relevant Software Development shall solely belong to and be owned by Party A.

  • The access granted to the Inspector may include the taking of copies of the Escrow Materials and using copies of the Relevant Software with a computer system for the purpose of testing.

Relevant Software means all the computer software used by the Cash Manager in the performance of the Services;

Related to Relevant Software

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
