Relocation Program definition

Relocation Program means the Cinergy Corp. Relocation Program or any successor to that program, as in effect on the date of the Executive's termination of employment.
Relocation Program. To assist you in your relocation from ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to the Lincolnshire, IL or Chicago, IL metropolitan region, you are eligible for the executive benefits which are described in the ACCO Brands Relocation Program Employee Handbook (“Program”) materials enclosed with this Offer Letter. We also agree to provide you with the following exceptions to this Program as described below, and except for these specific exceptions, all other requirements as described under the Program are applicable.
Relocation Program means the Relocation Program for Executives of American Brands, Inc.

More Definitions of Relocation Program

Relocation Program means the Port’s plan to provide relocation benefits in connection with the Neighborhood Acquisition Plan as described under the heading “Relocation Program” in Exhibit C attached to this Agreement.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.
