REMIC Class definition

REMIC Class or “REMIC Certificate”: Each Class of Certificates or Certificate, as applicable, issued by REMIC UT pursuant to Section 2.03 and the Class RC and Class R Certificates.
REMIC Class or “REMIC Certificates”: Each of the following Classes of Certificates issued under the Underlying Trust Agreement in uncertificated form: the Class 2-A4, Class 2-A5, Class 2-A7, Class 2-A8, Class 2-A10 and Class 2-A11 Certificates.
REMIC Class or “REMIC Certificates”: The rights with respect to each following Class of Certificates issued under the Underlying Trust Agreement in uncertificated form (such rights determined for this purpose as if no Exchangeable Certificates existed): the Class A21, Class A22, Class A31 and Class A32 Certificates.

Examples of REMIC Class in a sentence

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall consist of each Exchangeable Class and certificated Exchangeable REMIC Class having the characteristics specified or determined as described in Appendix A, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • If there are excess proceeds after such liquidation and payments to the Holders of each such Guaranteed Maturity Class (and any related MACR Classes), such excess proceeds shall be distributed to the Residual Class for the Guaranteed Maturity REMIC Pool that held the related Underlying REMIC Class.

  • As to each REMIC Pool, the designations, Original Principal Amounts, Class Coupons (if any) and other specific characteristics of each REMIC Class shall be as provided in the related Terms Supplement.

  • A REMIC Pool that includes an Underlying REMIC Class or one or more Regular Interests in a separate Guaranteed Maturity REMIC Pool.

  • The Administrator shall sell the Underlying REMIC Class to the highest bidder and shall deliver the Underlying REMIC Class to its purchaser in the purchaser’s name on or before the Business Day prior to the Final Payment Date for each related Guaranteed Maturity Class.

  • On each Distribution Date the Upper-Tier REMIC Class C Interest shall accrue interest in an amount equal to the Class C Distributable Interest Amount.

  • All REMIC Certificates issued in respect of a REMIC Pool that have the same designation and the same CUSIP Number shall constitute a single REMIC Class.

  • Unless prohibited from bidding in the auction under the immediately preceding sentence, the Depositor may participate in the bidding process but shall not bid higher than the fair market value of any Underlying REMIC Class.

  • With respect to any Guaranteed Maturity REMIC Pool, the Administrator shall conduct an auction on a date within the period specified in subsection (b) of this Section 2.07 of the Underlying REMIC Class in such Guaranteed Maturity REMIC Pool.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall consist of each Exchange Class and certificated Exchangeable REMIC Class having the characteristics specified or determined as described in Appendix A, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class X-B Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 hereto.

  • REMIC 4 The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class C Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of the Class C Certificates and the Class R-X Certificates (in respect of the Class R-4 Interest), pursuant to Article II hereunder, and all amounts deposited therein, with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.
