Remote Control Operation definition

Remote Control Operation means the Radio Equipment which transmits at a different location from the Licensee but is at all times under their direct control via a remote control link.
Remote Control Operation means Unattended Operation but where the Radio Equipment is operated by remote control, that is, where the Licensee has the ability to control the Radio Equipment from a different location to that where the Radio Equipment is located;

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.

  • Site Control means that, for the Contract Term, Seller (or, prior to the Delivery Term, its Affiliate): (a) owns or has the option to purchase the Site; (b) is the lessee or has the option to lease the Site; or (c) is the holder of an easement or an option for an easement, right-of-way grant, or similar instrument with respect to the Site.

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.
