Reoptimization Date definition

Examples of Reoptimization Date in a sentence

  • The Owner Trustee shall have the right, on the Reoptimization Date, to modify the schedule of principal payments of the Certificates subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 1(c)(ii) of the Participation Agreement.

  • In the case of a redemption of the Series C Secured Certificates pursuant to Section 2.10(f) above, the amount of such Series C Secured Certificates to be redeemed shall be redeemed on the Reoptimization Date.

  • The Lessee, on behalf of the Owner Trustee, shall provide written notice to the Indenture Trustee on the Reoptimization Date and any Adjustment Date of any increase or decrease in the principal amount of the Series C Certificates pursuant to Section 2.19 of the Indenture and of the aggregate principal amount of the Series C Certificates, if any, which shall then be subject to prepayment on the Series C Prepayment Date pursuant to this Section 2.03(b).

  • Any amendment to such Schedules shall not vary the Mandatory Economic Terms and on the Reoptimization Date the Lessee shall deliver a certificate to the Pass Through Trustee and the Liquidity Providers signed by the Vice President and Treasurer or any other authorized officer of the Lessee certifying to such effect.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
