Replacement Guidelines definition

Replacement Guidelines means the terms and provisions set forth in Clause 3 of the Replacement Annex.
Replacement Guidelines means, in relation to a Series of Notes and a Reference Portfolio, the replacement criteria set out in the Portfolio Management Confirmation in respect of such Series and such Reference Portfolio.

Related to Replacement Guidelines

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
