Report data definition

Report data means any of the following information pertaining to an assessment of an allegation of child abuse in which the department has determined the alleged child abuse meets the definition of child abuse:
Report data means the data created by and through the Corsearch Platform(s) or reports in relation to the provision of Services under the Agreement and any Statements of Work.
Report data means text, audio, video, graphics and other information and data available by means of the Services by and through the Corsearch Platform(s) or reports in relation to the provision of Services under the Agreement and any Statements of Work. This does not include Customer Data.

Examples of Report data in a sentence

  • The CbC Report data may be used as a basis for making further inquiries into the MNE Group’s transfer pricing arrangements or into other tax matters in the course of a tax audit and, as a result of such further inquiries, making appropriate adjustments to the taxable income of a Constituent Entity.
