In the event any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable sub-servicing agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a certification to each affected Certifying Person pursuant to this Section 11.06 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.
Such report shall be provided in ▇▇▇▇▇-Compatible Format, or in such other format agreed upon by the Depositor, the Certificate Administrator and the Reporting Servicer.
If any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable sub-servicing agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a performance certification and a reliance certificate to the certifying person pursuant to this Section 10.6 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Reporting Servicer

Reporting Servicer. The Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Operating Advisor, the Custodian or any Servicing Function Participant engaged by such parties, as the case may be.

Reporting Servicer. As defined in Section 3.22(c)(i).
