Reserved Spaces definition

Reserved Spaces means vehicular parking spaces located in the parking facilities provided for the Building which are designated for the exclusive use of a specific tenant, as the same may be relocated or redesignated from time to time by Landlord.
Reserved Spaces means the automobile spaces reserved for use by Tenant and its employees in the covered portion of the common parking area servicing the Building, the initial location of which is set forth on Exhibit J hereto.
Reserved Spaces means, collectively, the CSC/CAAM Reserved Spaces and, to the extent Parking Lot 3 is then owned by Landlord, the NHM Reserved Spaces.

Examples of Reserved Spaces in a sentence

  • Battery operated candles are permitted within the Reserved Space(s).

  • Landlord shall not grant to anyone other than Tenant the right to use such Reserved Spaces and will use reasonable efforts, by the use of signs and markings, to designate such space to be used exclusively by Tenant, however, Landlord shall not be otherwise obligated to police the use of the Reserved Spaces which Tenant recognizes is to be operated on a self parking basis.

  • Other than the Reserved Spaces, Tenant’s parking shall not be reserved and shall be limited to vehicles no larger than standard size automobiles or pickup utility vehicles.

  • All revenues derived from such sale of the Reserved Spaces shall be deposited into the Exposition Park Improvement Fund (as established by California Food and Agricultural Code §4106(b)).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall have the right to designate certain parking spaces for the exclusive use by Landlord, its employees and invitees, provided that if Landlord designates more than twenty-five (25) parking spaces for its exclusive use then Tenant shall be entitled to a number of reserved parking spaces equal to Tenant's Share of Excess Reserved Spaces.

  • This Addendum shall ratify the commencement date of the original lease term as November 1, 1996.

  • In the event that Tenant shall, at any time, cease renting or otherwise lose or give up its right to so rent any such Reserved Spaces (the “Returned Spaces”), Tenant shall thereafter have no rights whatsoever with respect to such Returned Spaces and Landlord shall have no obligation to rent such Returned Spaces (or any other spaces) to Tenant.

  • Landlord reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to change the location within the garage of any or all of the Reserved Spaces.

  • Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Landlord anticipates that the Unreserved and Reserved Spaces will be made available in the Parking Facility.

  • The rent payable for such Reserved Spaces shall increase on each January 1st during the Term other than during the First Lease Year to the then market rate for parking spaces in comparable enclosed garages within a five (5) block radius of the Building, as reasonably determined by Landlord.


More Definitions of Reserved Spaces

Reserved Spaces means, collectively, the CSC/CAAM Reserved Spaces and the NHM Reserved Spaces.
Reserved Spaces. A limited number of spaces will be designated by the University as reserved parking spaces in the West Garage and/or Campus Center garage. These spaces must be purchased on a monthly basis at rates established by the University from time to time for non-represented employees of the Boston campus. The number of reserved space passes sold will not exceed the number of spaces available. These passes will be sold to University employees on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning on a date announced to the University community. Individuals who purchase reserved spaces have the option to renew them upon expiration of each purchase period. Unpurchased reserved spaces available following the initial purchase offering will be made available to University employees by a listing on a designated University web page.
Reserved Spaces means those parking spaces in the area marked on Exhibit A hereto as “Reserved Spaces” as such parking spaces may be configured from time to time.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for storing bicycles having the following minimum dimensions:

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
