Residual Collections definition

Residual Collections means all distributions with respect to a Residual Interest.
Residual Collections has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.03(a). Agreement of Trust 6 11
Residual Collections means, with respect to any Securitized Pool, the Excess Collections generated by such Securitized Pool (including, without limitation, any releases from any reserve account established in connection with such Securitized Pool).

Examples of Residual Collections in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall cause all Residual Collections to be remitted to the Collection Account not later than the first Business Day after receipt thereof.

  • Upon payment by Purchaser or Purchaser Affiliate to Seller or Assigning Subsidiary of any Electronics Residual Collections that are Lump Sum Residual Collections, neither Seller nor any Assigning Subsidiary shall be entitled to any further proceeds with respect to the related Portfolio Property.

  • Solely for purposes of the preceding sentence of this Section 2.8(d), to the extent that the Electronics Trigger Event occurs prior to the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Cut-Off Date, none of the Electronics Residual Collections occurring prior to the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Cut-Off Date shall constitute Excess Electronics Collections.

  • Solely for purposes of the preceding sentence of this Section 2.8(e), to the extent that the Electronics Trigger Event occurs prior to the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Cut-Off Date, none of the Electronics Residual Collections occurring prior to the date that is eighteen (18) months after the Cut-Off Date shall constitute Excess Electronics Collections.

  • For purposes of this Section 2.8, in the quarter in which the Electronics Trigger Event occurs, the aggregate amount of Electronics Collections arising in excess of the Electronics Threshold Amount shall be deemed to have arisen in the same proportion as Electronics Rental Payments and Electronics Residual Collections constitute Electronics Collections arising in such quarter.

Related to Residual Collections

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.
