Restoration Validation Certificate definition
Restoration Validation Certificate means a certificate issued by a Validation Body that states the amount of expected emission reductions; Schedules means Schedules 1 to 4; Secured Contract means that the Seller and the Buyer have agreed that the Buyer benefit from a restriction over the Seller's title to the Specified Project Site and that the provisions of Clause 13 will apply to this Agreement, as such agreement indicated by the word "yes" next to "Secured Contract" in the Commercial Term Sheet; Seller Fault means failure by the Seller to comply with their obligations under this Agreement as a consequence of negligence or deliberate act or omission on the part of the Seller, but excluding failures arising as a consequence of No Seller Fault; Seller Fault Payment means a payment calculated in accordance with the option next to the words, "Seller Fault Payment" in the Commercial Term Sheet;
