"Warrant Agent" shall mean the warrant agent named in the preamble hereof or the successor or successors of such Warrant Agent appointed in accordance with the terms hereof. "Warrant Certificates" shall mean those certain warrant certificates evidencing the Warrants, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
