  • The Borrower has delivered to the Administrative Agent a complete and correct copy of the Restructuring Documentation, including any amendments, supplements or modifications with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • The Definitive Restructuring Documentation will include, among other things, various Environmental Settlement Documents concerning the resolution of Environmental Claims that shall be submitted for the approval of officials authorized on behalf of the Governmental Environmental Entities (as defined below) that have, or have asserted, Environmental Claims.
