Retained Interest Amount definition

Retained Interest Amount means, on any date of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Aggregate Asset Amount at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination, exceeds the Required Asset Amount at the end of such day.
Retained Interest Amount means, on any day, the amount, if any, by which the Pool Balance on such day exceeds the Aggregate Ownership Amount on the day.
Retained Interest Amount means (i) with respect to DLJ, at any time of determination, 1 and (ii) with respect to any other Group, at any time of determination, a fraction the numerator of which shall be the Number of Shares Issuable with Respect to DLJ's Retained Interest in such Group and the denominator of which shall be the number of shares of the series of common stock relating to such Group outstanding on such date.
