Retrofit Program definition

Retrofit Program has the meaning given in the Recitals of this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Participant acknowledges that its participation in the Retrofit Program is based upon its own assessment of the Retrofit Program and not on any reliance on anticipated or projected results, and that such participation may not result in the achievement of any Energy Savings or Demand Savings, which are expressly disclaimed by the Participant.

  • The LDC and the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) shall have the right to publicize the features or equipment described in the Application to potential participants who are considering the Retrofit Program and may refer any interested party to the Participant, unless the Participant clearly indicates which sections of the Application are to remain confidential or otherwise provides a written request to the LDC that this information remain confidential.

  • Since the implementation of the Seismic Retrofit Programmatic Agreement, the State-owned bridges and toll bridges have been retrofitted, but the Local Bridge Seismic Safety Retrofit Program is still in effect.

  • This stipulation will remain in effect until CSO notifies the SHPO, the ACHP and other consulting parties that all actions under the Local Bridge Seismic Safety Retrofit Program have been completed or this Agreement is terminated.

  • Activities covered under the Seismic Retrofit Program include seismic retrofit work that is funded wholly or in part with monies from FHWA and that involve either the structural modification of an existing bridge structure or the replacement of a bridge structure by a newly constructed structure and any associated activities within the APE of an undertaking.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Participant may market, report and publish the environmental benefits and savings results associated with its participation in the Retrofit Program.

  • If the Caltrans District determines that the Seismic Retrofit Program undertaking will adversely affect a historic property or if an objection to a finding of “No Adverse Effect” cannot be resolved within 15 days, the Caltrans District will proceed in accordance with Stipulation X.C. If disagreements arise, the Caltrans District will proceed in accordance with Stipulation X.D, except consultation response times shall be 15 days instead of 30 days.

  • To ensure compliance with the Green Retrofit Program and this RFA, OAHP or other authorized parties may conduct file reviews or audits from time to time.

  • The Owner and the Secretary have entered into that certain Green Retrofit Commitment Plan dated date of Commitment Plan, as amended through the date hereof (the “Commitment Plan”), as a condition to and in consideration for the Owner's participation in the Green Retrofit Program (“GRP”).

Related to Retrofit Program

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.
