Return Level definition

Return Level means a confirmed blood lead concentration at which an employee removed from a lead-risk job to a job that is not a lead-risk job, can be considered by an authorised medical practitioner for return to a lead-risk job.
Return Level means $250,000.
Return Level means, in relation to the Index and any Business Day t, the rolling 60 Business Day return of the Index, expressed as a percentage and determined by the Index Sponsor as follows:
