Return Material Authorization definition

Return Material Authorization or "RMA" shall mean the process employed by VDI from time to time for the return of damaged Products;
Return Material Authorization or “RMA” number means an authorizaton number granted by Netronome to OEM to return Equipment or Licensed Materials.
Return Material Authorization or “RMA” shall have the meaning given in Exhibit E.

More Definitions of Return Material Authorization

Return Material Authorization means the distinctive identifier provided by Nortel to Purchaser in respect of a Hardware, which allegedly does not conform to the warranty in Section 4.1.
Return Material Authorization or “RMA” means an authorization received by Company from McAfee prior to returning failed Hardware, as diagnosed and confirmed by McAfee, which includes a return authorization number. Hardware sent to McAfee without an RMA number may be rejected by McAfee and returned to Company at Company’s expense.

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.
