Return on Equity Component definition

Return on Equity Component. The meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 1.
Return on Equity Component. The amount referred to in the return on equity column of Annex 1 of the Tariff Determination.

Examples of Return on Equity Component in a sentence

  • During such extension period, the Seller shall be paid (i) the Fixed O&M Component and the Insurance Component; and (ii) in addition, if such period is longer than one hundred and eighty (180) Days, (ii) fifty percent (50%) of the Return on Equity Component for such period beyond the first one hundred and eighty (180) Days, plus (iii) the Energy Price for each kWh of Net Delivered Energy, in each case adjusted, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1.

  • During such extended period, the Company shall be paid the “Fixed O&M Component” and the “Insurance Component”; in addition, the Company shall also be entitled to the Return on Equity Component for such period that extends beyond one hundred and eighty (180) Days, of the Capacity Price for Available Capacity and the Energy Price for Net Electrical Output, in each case adjusted, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1.

  • The Return on Equity Component during the extended construction period on account of such delay shall be accrued and payable through the Term by updating of the Reference Tariff Table in Schedule 1 on at the time of the Commercial Operations Date.

  • If Landlord fails to reimburse or credit Tenant as aforesaid, Tenant may offset such costs and expenses against the Monthly Landlord's Return on Equity Component (but not the Monthly Debt Service Component) of its next monthly payment or payments of Base Rent due hereunder, continuing month to month until the amounts due Tenant have been fully credited and accounted for.

  • Return on Equity means the percentage equal to the Company’s Net Income divided by average stockholder’s equity, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Return on Invested Capital for a period shall mean earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization divided by the difference of total assets less non-interest bearing current liabilities.

  • Return on Sales means the percentage equal to the Company’s or a business unit’s Operating Income before incentive compensation, divided by the Company’s or the business unit’s, as applicable, revenue, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Return on Assets means the percentage equal to the Company’s or a business unit’s Operating Income before incentive compensation, divided by average net Company or business unit, as applicable, assets, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Earnings Per Share means as to any Fiscal Year, the Company’s or a business unit’s Net Income, divided by a weighted average number of common shares outstanding and dilutive common equivalent shares deemed outstanding, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
