Revised Premises definition

Revised Premises means the premises governed by the Lease after the addition of the Expansion Area described in this Amendment, consisting of the Initial Premises and the Expansion Area.
Revised Premises means the premises governed by the Lease after the Expansion Date, consisting of the Initial Premises and the Expansion Area. The Revised Premises will contain 46,783 Rentable Square Feet and 40,694 Usable Square Feet.

Examples of Revised Premises in a sentence

  • So long as Tenant has not been in default beyond any applicable notice and cure period at any time during the Term of the Lease, then at the end of the third (3rd) Lease Year, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be reduced to Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($226,797.00).

  • So long as Tenant has not been in default beyond any applicable notice and cure period at any time during the Term of the Lease, then at the end of the fifth (5th) Lease Year, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be reduced to One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Ninety-Eight and 68/100 Dollars ($152,098.68) for the remainder of the Lease Term, as extended.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be held pursuant to Article 21 of the Initial Lease and this Section 5 shall control future reductions of the Revised Premises Security Deposit.

  • So long as Tenant has not been in default beyond any applicable notice and cure period at any time during the Term of the Lease, then at the end of the fifth (5th) Lease Year, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be reduced to One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($151,198.00) for the remainder of the Lease Term, as extended.

  • So long as Tenant has not been in default beyond any applicable notice and cure period at any time during the Term of the Lease, then at the end of the third (3rd) Lease Year, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be reduced to Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Forty-Eight and 02/100 Dollars ($228,148.02).

  • The rights contained in this Section 8 shall be personal to the Original Tenant and its Permitted Assignees, and may only be exercised by the Original Tenant or a Permitted Assignee (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in this Lease) if the Original Tenant occupies the majority of the Revised Premises.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Revised Premises Security Deposit shall be held pursuant to Article 21 of the Lease and this Section 7 shall control future reductions of the Revised Premises Security Deposit.

  • Effective as of the Effective Date, the Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space (the “Expansion Premises Term”) shall be co-terminus with the Term of the Lease with respect to the Existing Premises, which shall expire on October 31, 2026, subject to Tenant’s options to extend the Term of the Lease pursuant to Section 5 of the Fourth Amendment which right shall apply to the entire Revised Premises.

  • Commencing on the Expansion Premises Rent Commencement Date and continuing through the remainder of the Expansion Premises Term, Tenant shall pay the TICAM Expense Adjustment updated for the rentable square footage of the Revised Premises as set forth in Section 4 of the Lease.

  • Upon determination of the Commencement Date of the Additional Premises, the parties shall execute the Commencement Date Memorandum for the Revised Premises attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Related to Revised Premises

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
