Revised Redemption Amount definition

Revised Redemption Amount means in respect of a Security of the Specified Denomination, a pro rata proportion of the amount determined by the Calculation Agent prior to the Revised Maturity Date in accordance with the following formula (subject to a minimum of zero):
Revised Redemption Amount means an amount calculated by the Determination Agent on the Determination Date in accordance with the following formula:
Revised Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Security of the Specified Denomination an amount equal to each Security's pro-rata share of the product of the TWD Reference Amount and the Final Price, minus such Security's pro-rata share of any related costs, expenses or liabilities incurred by the Issuer or any relevant affiliate in liquidating, terminating or re- establishing any hedging or funding arrangements relating to the Securities, subject to a minimum of zero, breakage costs and any costs of terminating or re-establishing any related funding arrangements (but provided that such amount is subject to a minimum of zero), as determined by the Calculation Agent on the second Business Day immediately preceding the due date for the early redemption or settlement of the Securities or the RMD, as applicable and shall be an amount in USD determined by the Calculation Agent by application of the FX Rate, being the FX Rate in respect of the relevant FX Valuation Date (as defined in the FX Annex).

More Definitions of Revised Redemption Amount

Revised Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Security of the Specified Denomination an amount equal to zero.
Revised Redemption Amount means the Credit Position multiplied by the Final Price of the relevant Reference Obligation, minus the breakage costs and any associated costs of funding. No further payments shall be due under the Note.
Revised Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Security of the Specified Denomination and notwithstanding the applicable Settlement Method, an amount equal to the product of the related Nominal Amount and Final Price less the related amounts payable in connection with an Underlying Hedge Transaction, breakage costs and any costs of terminating or re- establishing any related funding arrangements (but provided that such amount is subject to a minimum of zero), as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Related to Revised Redemption Amount

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.
