The Revocation Initiators shall bear the burden of proof in demonstrating, by a preponderance of the evidence, that one or more of the Revocation Criteria have been satisfied.
In any such arbitration, the Affected Adopter(s), if any, may introduce evidence solely to support the position that one or more of the Revocation Criteria have not been satisfied.
