Right of Way Area definition

Right of Way Area shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.3.
Right of Way Area. The area of the Ground Floor of the Phase as for identification purpose only shown and coloured Yellow Hatched Black on the Ground Floor Plan (certified as to its accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person) annexed hereto which is subject to the Right of Way (as defined in the Principal Deed) in favour of the Owner of the Substation Premises (as defined in the Principal Deed) and its servants, workers, agents and licensees after the redevelopment of the Residential Accommodation.
Right of Way Area means the Land.

  • No buildings or other permanent structures or improvements may be constructed or placed in the Right of Way Area without Grantee's prior, written consent.

  • The Sublessee covenants with the Homeowners Corporation that it will not build or permit to be built on that part of the Leased Premises burdened by a Right of Way Area any building or other structure nor plant or allow to be planted any tree or shrub which would or could prevent or hinder the use of the Right of Way Area for the stated purposes.

  • Grantee has the right of pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress to and from the Right of Way Area over and across Grantor’s Land.


More Definitions of Right of Way Area

Right of Way Area means the Land, until such time as the Works are completed, at which point the Right of Way Area will be that portion of the Land: located within three metres of either side of the centre of the alignment of the Works, or identified on a plan prepared and filed in the Land Title Office in accordance with Section 5.1(a) hereof;
Right of Way Area means those areas designated as “R/W ‘A’“ on utility right-of-way plan 0010215 registered in the South Alberta Land Registration District;

Right of Way Area means that portion of the Lands outlined in heavy black on the Plan and includes the Road;
Right of Way Area means the portion of the Land over along and upon which the owners of the Adjoining Lot are granted a right of way to go pass and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by virtue of the Deed of Grant of Right of Way, which said portion of the Land is (in so far the same is capable of being shown on plans) for identification purpose only shown coloured Green Hatched Black on the DMC plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;

Related to Right of Way Area

  • Right-of-way means and refers to the total land required and acquired for the project, both in its width and length, together with all way leaves, easements, unrestricted access and other rights of way, howsoever described, necessary for construction and maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Railroad right-of-way means the full width of property owned, leased, or subject to easement for railroad purposes and is not limited to those areas on which tracks are located.

  • Public right-of-way - means only the area of real property in which the City has a dedicated or acquired right-of-way interest in the real property. It shall include the area on, below or above the present and future streets, alleys, avenues, roads, highways, parkways or boulevards dedicated or acquired as right-of-way. The term does not include the airwaves above a right-of-way with regard to wireless telecommunications or other non-wire telecommunications or broadcast service, easements obtained by utilities or private easements in platted subdivisions or tracts.

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
