The Strata Corporation shall not enact any bylaw or make any rules or regulations in respect of the Lands, the Works, the Right of Way Area or the Sublicence Area which are inconsistent with this Agreement.
No buildings or other permanent structures or improvements may be constructed or placed in the Right of Way Area without Grantee's prior, written consent.
The Sublessee covenants with the Homeowners Corporation that it will not build or permit to be built on that part of the Leased Premises burdened by a Right of Way Area any building or other structure nor plant or allow to be planted any tree or shrub which would or could prevent or hinder the use of the Right of Way Area for the stated purposes.
Grantee has the right of pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress to and from the Right of Way Area over and across Grantor’s Land.
