Roaming Subscriber definition

Roaming Subscriber means a Person with valid subscription for use issued by one of the Parties and using a GSM SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) and/or a GSM USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) who seeks GSM service(s) in a geographic area outside the area served by its HPMN Operator.
Roaming Subscriber means a person or entity with valid subscription for international use issued by one of the Parties and using a GSM SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) and/or a GSM USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) who seeks GSM and/or 3GSM services(s) in a geographic area outside the area served by its HPMN Operator.
Roaming Subscriber means a person with a valid service subscription for international use with a cellular operator outside Malaysia and who seeks cellular service within Malaysia pursuant to an international roaming agreement entered into between his home service provider and the Operator;
