Room Assignments. Student Housing assigns rooms and roommates. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to give everyone his or her first choice. The Student Housing staff reserves the right to make assignments and changes as necessary. Student Housing understands that roommate conflicts may develop or Licensees may wish to move to a different apartment or room. In order to establish who has checked in, cancelled, or delayed check-in date and to ensure all Licensees have moved into proper spaces, no apartment/room changes will occur during the first week of the quarter.
