Routine Communications definition

Routine Communications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.03.
Routine Communications has the meaning set forth in Section 10.22.
Routine Communications means communications which by reason of their simplicity should not be regarded as letters of substance or telephone calls which properly amount to an attendance.

Examples of Routine Communications in a sentence

  • For all Routine Communications other than Routine Communications which are exclusively related to ordinary course payment or billing of a Service, a copy shall also be delivered via e-mail (with confirmation of receipt requested and received) to the Persons listed in Section 8.10 with respect to the relevant Party or Parties.

  • The Administrative Agent agrees that the receipt of the Routine Communications by the Administrative Agent at its e-mail address set forth above shall constitute effective delivery of the Routine Communications to the Administrative Agent for purposes of the Loan Documents.

Related to Routine Communications

  • Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.

  • radio communication means communication by means of radio waves;

  • campaign communication means “a written or oral communication relating to a campaign for nomination or election to public office or office of a political party or to a campaign on a measure.”

  • Remote communication means communication via electronic communication, conference telephone, videoconference, the internet, or such other means by which persons not physically present in the same location may communicate with each other on a substantially simultaneous basis.
