Running Instance definition

Running Instance means an instance of the Software that is loaded into memory for execution.
Running Instance means an instance (see “Instance”) of software that is loaded into memory and for which one or more instructions have been executed. (You “run an instance” of software by loading it into memory and executing one or more of its instructions.) Once running, an instance is considered to be running (whether or not its instructions continue to execute) until it is removed from memory. SL means subscription license (e.g., User, Device, Add-on or Services SL). Server means a physical hardware system capable of running server software.
Running Instance means an Instance of software that is loaded into memory and for which one ore more instructions have been executed.

Examples of Running Instance in a sentence

  • For each existing gCube Resource a query template of this type exists, e.g. there is a GCUBERIQuery for issuing queries on Running Instance Resources, GCUBEGHNQuery for issuing queries on gHN Resources; • WS-Resource query, i.e. a query template to identify properties exposed through WS- ResourceProperty; • generic query, i.e. a query template to execute custom queries on the entries stored in the Information Service.

  • At any one time, Customer may use a Running Instance of the server software in each of the Physical OSE and in one Virtual OSE.

Related to Running Instance

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Running at Large means any dog while roaming, running or self-hunting off the property of its owner or custodian and not under its owner's or custodian's immediate control.

  • Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Agent listed on the signature pages hereof or on a Schedule or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Agent pursuant to Section 2.17.
