RV Asset Transfer Values means each of the transfer values relating to the RV Assets as specified in Column 2 of the table in Appendix 1 (List of the RV Assets) to this Schedule 14.6 (List of RV Assets); “Revised RV Asset Transfer Values” means each of the RV Asset Transfer Values as adjusted by the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1.4(a), paragraph 1.4(b) and paragraph 1.5 (as applicable).” The following definitions shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

Related to RV Asset Transfer Values

  • Asset Transfer means a sale, lease or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.

  • transfer value means the value of a transferred vote calculated in accordance with rules STV47.4 or STV47.7.

  • Asset Transfer Agreement means the asset transfer agreement dated September 12, 2014 between Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust and Centurion Apartment REIT pursuant to which Centurion Apartment REIT seeded the initial portfolio of Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust.

  • Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.

  • Interest Transfer Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month's interest on the applicable Principal Transfer Amount at the weighted average Certificate Interest Rate of the applicable Undercollateralized Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.
