Sample Requirements definition

Sample Requirements means the quantity, quality, and other requirements for each Sample as specified in the applicable Service Description and required in order for Services to be successfully performed on a given Sample. “Services” as used herein refers to the activities to be performed hereunder as described in and subject to the specific terms found in the Service Description. “Service Description” means the document that describes the Services (e.g., FastTrack Genotyping, FastTrack Sequencing, Whole Genome Sequencing, etc.). “Specifications” means the written specifications for Services that are contained in the Services Description. Sections, titles and headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and are not intended to affect the meaning or interpretation hereof. Whenever required by the context, the singular term shall include the plural, the plural term shall include the singular, and the gender of any pronoun shall include all genders. As used in this Agreement except as the context may otherwise require, the words “include”, “includes”, “including”, “such as”, “e.g.” or “example(s)” are deemed to be followed by “without limitation”, whether or not they are in fact followed by such words or words of like import, and “will” and “shall” are used synonymously. Except as expressly stated, any reference to “days” shall be to calendar days, and “business day” shall mean all days other than Saturdays, Sundays or a bank holiday recognised in Sweden.

Examples of Sample Requirements in a sentence

  • After receipt of the purchase order from Customer, Customer shall promptly provide to Illumina the number of Samples as set forth in the Quotation in accordance with the Sample Requirements set forth in the applicable Service Description.

  • Minimum Sample Requirements may change at the discretion of Saguaro Testing; therefore, Client is responsible for confirming that each submitted Sample conforms to the Minimum Sample Requirements as provided on the Website at the time of Sample submission.

  • All Patient Samples delivered under this Agreement shall be labeled clearly in accordance with Patient Sample Requirements.

  • EZEM shall retain under proper storage conditions a representative samples of active ingredients and Drug Product as required to comply with Retain Sample Requirements in 21 CFR 211.170 and/or Application Commitments (where applicable) but in all events EZEM will assure compliance with the Regulations.

Related to Sample Requirements

  • Applicable Requirements means all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits, licenses, authorizations, approvals and other duly authorized actions of any federal, state, local or other governmental regulatory or administrative agency, court, commission, department, board, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction, NYISO, NYSRC and NPCC requirements, and any applicable reliability standards.
