Saving Clause definition

Saving Clause. This Endorsement shall not exclude subsequent loss or damage or Consequential Loss which itself results from an insured peril as defined in the Policy. Subject otherwise to the terms and conditions of the Policy. Property damage covered under this Policy shall mean physical damage to the substance of property. Physical damage to the substance of property shall not include damage to data or software, in particular any detrimental change in data, software or computer programs that is caused by deletion, a corruption or a deformation of the original structure. Consequently the following are excluded from this Policy:
Saving Clause. This lease shall be construed to be in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. If any provision or provisions of this lease are deemed to be in violation of any law, then only those provisions shall be void and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
