Scan Data definition

Scan Data is the resulting information created by the Scan. “Scan Target(s)” are the targets or subjects of a Scan.
Scan Data means electronic scan data that contains the following information for each sale of PM USA products: (i) time, day, month, and year, (ii) sales volume for each PM USA brand packing by PM USA SKU, and (iii) transaction number.

  • Confidential Information does not include Scan Data that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it is not attributable to the disclosing Party.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Clone Systems may, in the course of providing Services, collect, obtain, derive, or create technical, configuration, and other data from or for You or End-Users (e.g., scan reports) (“Scan Data”), and that Clone Systems may, but is not obligated to, retain or maintain copies of Scan Data during or after the Term.

  • Collaborators who leave the Institution during the term of this Agreement must document the destruction of all Pan Scan Data through submission of a final Data Use Report, as described below.

  • Institution shall indemnify and hold harmless JHU and its affiliated and collaborating institutions for any loss, claim, damage, or liability incurred by the aforementioned as a result of Institution’s access to, or use or disclosure of, Pan Scan Data.

Related to Scan Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
