Schedule of Development definition

Schedule of Development means the schedule for completion of the Developer Improvements as set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.
Schedule of Development means the respective times for the completion of the construction of the Developer Improvements set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.
Schedule of Development means the schedule for development of the Project as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider shall provide the services that are set forth in the Schedule of Construction Management Services attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 (the “Construction Management Services”) and the Schedule of Development Services attached hereto as Exhibit B-2 (the “Development Services”), in each case, in compliance with the standards of care and performance set forth herein.

  • All improvements constructed by the Participant shall be constructed substantially in accordance with this Scope and Schedule of Development, Plan, City Agreements, City conditions of approval, with plans and drawings which have been submitted to the City and other applicable agencies and the Agency.

  • Any development or construction not in substantial accordance with this Scope and Schedule of Development shall require the approval of the Agency.

  • Such space shall be located in an area mutually acceptable to Buyer and Seller, easily accessible to Buyer and its contractors and their subcontractors and located so as not to be detrimental to the marketing of Seller's or Buyer's homes or unreasonably interfere with the Schedule of Development.

  • Invoices shall be submitted in advance on a quarterly basis as set forth in the Schedule of Development Costs, defined in Attachment B.

  • Development Plan" means the Plan and Schedule of Development attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.

  • The Participant shall make reasonable efforts to proceed within the Scope and Schedule of Development as set forth within Exhibit E of this Agreement.

  • EDF's payments of funds for each contract year are set forth in the Schedule of Development Cost (Attachment B).


More Definitions of Schedule of Development

Schedule of Development means the schedule for development of the Tenant Improvements, which shall include, but not be a limited to, a detailed description of the Tenant Improvements and a timeline for such improvements to be open and operating, and will be submitted by Tenant and approved by the City Manager, in the City Managers reasonable discretion, prior to the commencement of any work on the Property. Once approved, the Schedule of Development shall be attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated herein.

Related to Schedule of Development

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development begins to be carried out other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations, investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying of services, erection of any temporary means of enclosure, the temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:
