Schedule of Service Items definition

Schedule of Service Items means the document of that name, as varied from time to time by the Commonwealth in accordance with clause 36.2 and published by the Commonwealth on its website (www.hearingservices.gov.au, or replacement website address determined by the Commonwealth from time to time)
Schedule of Service Items means schedule 1 to this Contract, as varied from time to time by the Commonwealth in accordance with clause 1.4;

Related to Schedule of Service Items

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.
