Scheduled and Interim Redetermination Procedure Clause Samples
The Scheduled and Interim Redetermination Procedure clause establishes the process for periodically reviewing and adjusting certain contract terms, such as pricing or deliverables, at set intervals or in response to specific triggering events. In practice, this clause outlines when and how parties must meet to discuss potential changes, what information must be provided, and the steps for reaching agreement on adjustments. Its core function is to ensure that the contract remains fair and relevant over time by providing a structured method for adapting to changing circumstances or unforeseen developments.

(iii) Until the Borrowing Base is redetermined in accordance with this Section 2.4, the then-existing Borrowing Base will remain in effect.
