  • As used above, the "Reduction Amount" for any Distribution Date and any Class of Scheduled Certificates or the Scheduled Component means the amount, if any, that would reduce the Principal Balance of such Class or Component to the percentage of its Original Principal Balance shown in the related table set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date.
